Crimson Room One

by Kylead   Feb 6, 2006

I wake up my eyes are crusted shut
It takes me a couple minutes to ease off all the sleepy stuff
I get up I can not find my light
I look around and see this is not my room

I think to myself where could I be
Am I dreaming?
But it seems so real
I step toward what I think is a window

I feel a liquid squish between my toes
I look down feel my foot it is very sticky
Almost like something drooled on the floor
I think to myself did I get wasted last night

But I remember going to sleep in my room
I start to feel the walls looking for the light
Feel something on the wall
It is a note
That reads hi this is the crimson room
There are no doors or windows
There is no escape so just relax
And close your eyes and the lights will come on

Close my eyes and relax I wonder if he means on the bed
Walking over to the bed
I get under the covers go to sleep
And hope when I wake I will be back in my room

I can not sleep I toss and turn
get up in a flash
Lose it for a second and charge the wall
Whacking my head I fall over
The light suddenly comes on

My month drops at the site I see
Everything bathed in blood
I look down at my feet I see some thing I recognize
It is my fingers lying on the ground

I look over at my hand two of my fingers are gone
For some reason I do not panic I
Start to look around
I think to myself is it me or this room getting smaller

I look and find another piece of paper

It reads
You can not go up or side to side you must go down to survive
It is really nasty but I listen to the note and find something that looks to be a spine
And walk over to get the blanket from the bed.
Stick the two together
And mop up all the red into the corner

Take off my shirt fill it up with a bunch of the red liquid
Let it slowly drip all over the floor while using my shirt as a filter

Just like I thought I see a crack in the floor
Where the blood seeps through
I get a couple bones from the floor
Try to wedge it open
And see the walls are coming together

Faster faster
I stick my fingers in the cracks
While screaming in pain and fright
I wedge the door open
And Jump Down
And find out what lays ahead.
