Failed attempts at suicide

Her friends, they know
that her smile is just pretend
but what do they say
when someones almost at their end?

they see her cheeks
stained red when she cries
they know that every word coming out of her mouth
is a lie

but they don't know that she stands infront of the mirror at night
crying and hating

they dont know the physical and mental problems this disease is creating.

her once beautiful figure
has slowly diminished
she's so far from the start
and so close to the finish

they can't relate
but they dont even try
the truth is they are witnessing
her suicide.
