Trying to find home

I am trying to find my way back home. Tears streaming down my face I feel so lost. Hearts are not meant to be broken, souls should`nt feel empty and alone.
I have got to find my way back home, but where is home now I feel so lost and alone. Tears falling down my face is there any place to call home. I`ve have been running away trying to hide my pain. Can this ever end will I ever find home again. Tears with no end insight.

    Wow. I'm so glad you started writting again. You're really good at what you do and this poem was no acception. I thought it was really great how you said what you wanted to in such a small place and focused 100% on what you wanted to say... This poem really got to me, I'm sure it touched many other people to.
