I need you..To survive

This pain rips through me
like a razor run across tender skin
ripping at me, pulling out my heart
these tears that Ive shed
cant even save me
from this wasteland of self hate
the knife is a waste of time
the true test is to survive
but I need you to keep me alive
I long for your strength and wise words
your my shoulder to lean on
its you that I depend on
