Wonderful poem indeed, i liked the ending so much as i wondered what are they those"between the earth and the stars"

Between the earth adn the stars, hopes and dreams are made , and between the earth and the stars , we live to see them break free and come true ..

how can somone break his dreams out , his hopes , his wishes,...
bars are made from what ?
