Comforting a Loss

by Nici   Feb 14, 2006

My Grandads' heart was cast in gold
A rich too precious to be sold
His smiles always brought me pleasure
Now he's dead, he's buried treasure

A million times I've needed you a million times I've cried
If love alone could save a life, you never would have died

I am the wind that whispers by
I am the rain that falls from high
I am the hills and meadows green
There's a piece of me in all that's seen

*Just some odd verses which I have written about by Grandad. They don't fit in anywhere yet-so I posted them as a collection.
