Friends to the very end

We said that we would be friends to the very end
But the end came too soon
I didn't know what was going on or how it would end
I thought it was all going good until the end came
I came to see you Monday morning we always walked to school together
You said that you were ill
I said that would see you after school and i love you
I didn't know that would be the last time i said this to you
I came to see you after school
And when i stepped into your room you were surrounded by a pool of blood
I froze i couldn't move
I thought how could you do this to me
Then i grabbed the phone
The ambulance came and it all happened so fast
Rushing to the hospital as fast as the car would go
When i got there they wouldn't let me see you
They said you weren't doing well
I called you mom then and she went berserk
She was crying a screaming she was so angry
That's when i realized i was mad too
The next thing i remember i was at
a funeral
The name they kept repeating was yours
I must have blanked the rest out
I was crying and Justin was there too
He asked me how could you have not known what was going on
I told him i guess i wasn't what i thought i was your best friend
Then i realized that you hadn't wanted me to know
Then I was mad and i was sad but mostly i just missed you!!!!!!!!!!
