The Unnamed Poem

My life is full of pain
That's why I do what I do
I try to stop but I can't
That's why I am so blue

Visions of red run
Through my head
I try to push them away
But they come back to stay

The memories on my body
Bring tears to my eyes
No ones there to help me
To answer my desperate cries

I stare at the ceiling
Thinking about what I did
Just to know that I'm feeling
Let's me know I'm not dead

Memories of cutting
Memories of blood
Memories of crying
Show that I'm unloved

Why I do this to myself
That's something I'll never know
My addiction becomes stronger
As I start to grow

There's no where to turn anymore
No where to run
To end a life like mine
I'll just need a gun...

    Awwh, I really enjoyed reading this.
    It was so very sad but a pleasure to read.
    I thought the rhyming in the last stanza seemed kind of forced but other than that you did a wonderful job.
