A Reflection Of Your Rage

by Lucy D1am0nd   Feb 18, 2006

A reflection of your rage,
A victim of your crime.
I am punished daily,
A perfect waste of time.

"Committing" suicide,
Like I've done something wrong.
How are you going to punish me,
When I'm already gone?

Sitting up against the wall,
Hands covering my ears tight.
Crying uncontrollably,
Screaming with all my might.

Turn up the music louder,
With the songs that make me cry.
Repeating every word,
Emotions running high.

Pushing hard against the door,
Trying to block you out.
Your taking over me,
Why have you got to shout?

Anger in our hearts,
Black souls and clouded minds.
Uncertainty and self pity,
Fear behind these eyes.

Silence falls as you move away,
And everything dies down.
And by tomorrow you will forget,
That you broke my heart again.
