Watching the Clouds go By. . .

As I lay on the green grass,
people were all around
but i was in my own world
watching the clouds go by.

Watching the clouds go by,
thinking about my life.
and how your the only one who cares
nobody else understands.

But i can tell you everything,
your always willing to listen.
is stuff up all the time
but still you love me.

Thank you being there,
when everyone else had gone.
watching the clouds go by,
thinking about my life.

Thank you for being there
when i needed you most
thank you for always being here
and most of all thank you for loving me

    I wasn't entirely sure that the person you were talking to was a person at all. I mean, it totally could have been, but it could have been the sky, or the clouds, or something like that. That would have been cool.

    If I were to work on improving anything, it'd be setting up a bit stronger of a rhythm by making a more set syllable-per-line count. It can vary from line to line, but I'd suggest making it standardized from stanza to stanza
