Can you make a promise,
that you'll love me ever more?
Can you touch my soul and yet
guide me when I'm at heaven's door?
Can you reach inside me and stop me being scared?
Can you hold me close to you …. Let me know I'm being heard?
Can you stand right by my side when things are really tough?
When I'm feeling I cant take no more because the times are rough.
Can you set my soul at ease when I feel somehow I'm lost?
And never stop to think about what all the hassles costs.
Will you be my Armour to protect me from all pain?
Will you be my shelter when all the troubles rain?
Will you be my warmth when my heart just feels so cold?
Will you still love me when I am Grey and old?
All this that I'm asking, you can ask me to,
But I already know the answers because I know I love you.
The reason that I'm asking these questions up above,
Cause someday I don't wanna turn around and find I've lost your love.
So can you place your hand on your heart and tell me that you could?
Or will you say that its to hard and you don't think that you should?
