Our World

This world is so cruel
everyone is full of hate
and the life we live is a duel
death as our destined fate

there's no such magic as love
cause darkness consumes us all
cupids killing doves
awaiting both our falls

teens committing suicide
parents drinking,out of control
others cutting so their pain subsides
as all their deep secrets unfold

murderers are on the lose
cause judges don't care
but when it's his kid he chooses
they risk their lives on any dare

what about when the person you loved the most cheated on you,don't you wonder ''Why?''
didn't it ever cross your mind that they may be gay,lesbian,or bi?

why are we like this?
why do we make this world so mean?
were we not born almost blissful
so we can make the world clean?

faeries,mermaids,dwarfs and much more are my family
they take me away from everything
do you believe in fairy tales?cause i know i do
