In Your Shoes

You are someone that everyone can love.
If you die you will be above.
I want to have your ways.
I want to be someone that will be remembered until the end of days.

I want to be how you are.
In life I want to go far.
Inside you are happy like the sunshine.
Everything about you is perfect and you are living just fine.

Inside of me there is only thunder.
Most of the time I can only wonder.
You are surly a saint.
You can save someone whose heartbeat is faint.

You probably spend your days being good.
I would too if I could.
I think to myself, “How can you be good like that?”
Everyone knows I am just a rat.

You are priceless and full of peace.
But I am just low and down to the least.
You deserve every breath you take.
Your heart is working and awake.

With good you make the world spin.
In the game of life you will win.
I feel a high spirit every time you pass me by.
You even make the devils want to cry.

I can't stop wondering why.
How does your spirit get so high.
Instead of laughing at someone who has fallen you'd ask if they were OK.
You always had the right things to say.

You will pass all the challenges in life and never loose.
That's why I want to be in your shoes.
