Tainted Love

by Katt   Feb 28, 2006

Looking back at the memories we had I see:
You looking into my eyes like I'm some kind of prize
Me melting at your smile like a small child
I think of the foolishness of these thoughts

Now all I see is a sneer, a glare, and your greasy hair
And the piteous looks from your friends

The more I see these things in you the more I want to hate you and break your heart just like you broke mine
Give me back that precious time
I spent with you
Because we are through
It just hurts to know that I ever loved you.
