Once Lost Memories

by Kirei Tori   Mar 2, 2006

Memories once forgotten,
Locked away so they won't return.
A dark, cloudy haze hides them,
Bound by chains and locks.

Never did I wish for their return.
Gladly did I bid them farewell.
Finally free from their destruction.
They always left a trail of pain and tears.

Never did I imagine their return.
Only with him did they arise.
The tint of his hair.
The expressions of his eyes.
His voice...
The kind you wished never grew silent.
His body...
Perfect as it was,
the kind you wanted all over you.

How I miss him so.
Though I often regret the memories we shared,
I regret we couldn't make more...better memories.
