As I Sit Here Writing

As I sit here writing
So many thoughts run through my head
As I sit here writing
Negative
Why so negative?

Emotions kick in
My mind is focused on the problem
As I try to make things better to ease my mind
I just tend to worsen it
And tend to take it to the max

As I sit here writing
I think of the past and of the future
As I sit here writing
I just think way too much

As I sit here writing
I am
Paranoid
Stressed
As I sit here writing
I feel trapped inside my own body
I am not myself
My mind is doing the writing
