No Place I'd Rather be

by Dru   Mar 7, 2006

I lay and watch as she dreams,
paradise is how this seems.
slipping off to a land of perfection,
with this girl I have a deep connection.
Watching her chest rise and fall,
this is where I want to be most of all.
Softly caress, careful not to wake,
I'm breathless now, my breath she'll take.
Skin so soft and warm to touch,
to me this girl means oh so much.
As she awakes she bats an eye,
can't speak now, my tongue is tied.
Looks at me with that gorgeous smile,
I smile back, and get lost for awhile.
She pulls me close, and holds me near,
there's no place I'd rather be than here.
