Razor blade beauty

The red lines that once made me happy
now ruins my life
'but it feels so good'
my mind keeps saying
so i put down the knife
& pick up the razor
another line w/ a story to tell
my smile wasted away by time
my frown is now here to stay
for now i am one of the many
razor blade beauties
their lives ruined by a shameful addiction
wanting to stop but never could
that razor in my hand
will be my end
but yet i know this
and i let my blood flow
