Advice

I put on mascara and liner again
to look better in the eyes of the guys and my friends

shadow on my eyes and gel in my hair
wearing tight clothes so the boys will all stare

foundation to change the color of my skin
a smile on my face to hide what's within

natural is better I know that it is
but I still go around looking like this

I'm a hypocrite for dressing the way that I dress
and saying to others, "theres no one to impress"

"it doesn't matter how you look or what you wear,
the way you do your make up or how you put your hair"

"the best thing you can do is be yourself,
it doesn't matter if someone likes you for being somebody else"

thats good advice given and ill say it twice
but why cant I take my own advice?
