Two years ago, I began losing my friends because I couldn't handle them telling me what I "Should do" and then again the next year it became worse so I feel I can relate to this. But this one line, I don't know, seems too played out that it just throws off the balance for me:

It's driving me insane!

No offence, I just think if you reworded it since you probably need the word insane to rhyme with pain, you could get rid of the almost cliche part of it :)

A poem well written that most people can relate to, captures the emotion, well done xx
