Rusty Swingset

by Taryn   Mar 11, 2006

I call you so many times
And nobody answers
I say I love you a million times
And I get nothing
Sitting alone
Rusty Swingset
When will you ever come?
But you leave me in the rain
Feeling nothing, only pain
I walk home, dripping wet
Smell of metal of the rusty swingset
I get inside, it's so warm
and it feels not right
Into the kitchen
Grabs a knife
Wanting to end my life
I stare at my naked wrists
And curl my hands into fists
One cut, then another
Getting dizzy and pale
Laying on the floor
Listening for the angels to sing
But then I hear the phone ring
