Deaths

by AinsleySara   Mar 12, 2006

Her hands scream a silent death
Her nail polish the color of blood
The cuts in her arm
only part of her sadness

The end seems near
Death is whispering in her ear
Death the only word she can hear
Oh how close! Death is near

Makeup running down her face
The room is spinning
All goes black
The knife stabbed through her heart

The end seems near
Death is whispering in her ear
Death the only word she can hear
Oh how close! Death is near

All her life
She wanted one thing
To be free from pain
But that never happened

The end was near
Death was whispered in her ear
Death the last word the she heard
Oh it was close! Death happened here!
