Suicide

by Jessica Clunas   Mar 13, 2006

The blood drops splash on the bathroom floor,
She commits suicide behind a closed door.
Will anyone notice she is gone,
No one is awake until dawn.
She's the only one who can hear her silent screams,
Everyone else is busy in their dreams.
She slowly lays down,
On her face there is a smile not a frown.
She will finally be content,
Her time here was never well spent.
She's leaving it all behind,
Not one reason to live she could find.
There was no suicide note,
Just a piece of paper with her favorite quote.
That was her goodbye,
She never really explained why.
