With faith and a loving heart she spreads her wings and soars
through the clouds and over mountain tops a wandering soul no more
she leaves behind a memory of her beauty and her abundance of grace
and the life she once lead with a smile upon her face
compassion and a loving heart was all she had to give
a living angel which most would call, her reason that she lived
her spirit lives on forever and has left a lasting mark
of things that will never be forgotten and the journey she's about to embark
an image that will last never break or fall apart
an angel sent back to heaven whom now dearly departs
a soul full of understanding, now takes flight into a new world
with her never ending nurturing and a love that she unfurled
as she drifts away silently i know we'll never part.
