Everything about you makes my heart smile
I hope I feel like this at least for awhile
The sound of your voice makes my heart quiver
Its like a stream or an untamed river

Youâ??re the sweetest person I have ever met
I think this is as good as it can get
Every time we kiss, hug or touch
It makes me realize that I love you so much!

    very sweet and short.

    good but perhaps:

    The sound of your voice makes my heart quiver
    Its like the sound of a stream or an untamed river

    this makes it flow better imo and:

    'Every time we kiss, hug or touch
    It makes me realize that I love you so much!'

    could be

    Every time we kiss, hug or touch
    I realize that I love you so much!
