Arizona Tears

by stolen_lyfe   Mar 15, 2006

Fresh wounds underneath,
We listen to their final heart beats,
Everything's still clear in mind,
In those last few moments of precious time,
Our hands covered in blood,
Water in the ship now,
More men are dead,
We didn't get to say good- bye,
We stand silently to cry,
Salute our men in honor,
Before they become goners,
Never will we forget them ever,
Today its still plays together,
Listening to their screams,
Cries for help a cry to god,
Instead of saving most,
He stood with a quite nod,
Pearl Harbor is a day that'll always remain,
Reminding us of the great deal of pain,
In a battle fought for freedom,
Our men came back to defeat them,
Showed them that America stands proud,
Left them a message that we're not going to stand down,
America is not done yet,
People stand up because we are the best,
Woman and men joined as one.
