Communication verses Worrying

Be concerned about lifes interruptions
Worrying will do you no good
Be interested in resolving the problems
Better results will follow if you should

Worrying knots up your tummy
Stresses out your mind
Nutrition becomes your least concern
And it voids the quality time

Challenge these things that worries you
By adjusting yourselves to it route
Indifferences only bring more worries
So lets work on smoothing things out.

First ask what I must do
Without causing or adding more harm
Relax, think, and take a deep breath (do it)!
Now deal with this cool and calm

Now the best result will come
If you avoid all your procrastination
Get up with thanks giving prayer
And a Good morning conversation

    Like the other person said, the flow kind of through me off. and it didn't really speak to me, but thats not on you. peoples lives are different. it was a good poem, though. :)
