Truth Slipped Out

by Rachel   Mar 18, 2006

You never knew how much you hurt me,
When you walked away.
When you left me.
I knew I shouldn't of said anything,
I knew I should have held the silence together.
I just want to go back to the days,
Where you would talk to me,
Where we could have one conversation
Where neither of us would let slip
The words that mean nothing.
But those words,
Where the ones that hurt the most.
I couldn't stand to see you leave.
This pain runs deep.
I need you the most now.
And I regrets saying the words
That made you leave.
I wish you were here,
For this is the moment
Where I need you the most.

I've been having writer's block for a while, this isn't my best, but thanks for reading anyway.
