So many words left unsaid, so many broken tears that were shed
So many cuts Ive carved on my wrist, so many scars the rest of them missed
So many times tears kept inside, so many smiles and laughs that were lies
So many times I had to deny, so many times my truth was a lie
So many smiles that they thought were real, so many fake emotions they couldnt feel
So many times I thrived on my pain, so many times living in shame
So many promises never kept, so many lies hard to except
So many times spent fighting depression, so many times they got the wrong impression
So many times there were no words left to say... so many times, they just walked away..
