What He Gave Me

I spent some time with this guy the other night n this is how he made me feel but i know what will happen in the end.

When im in your arms nothing seems to matter,
I can forget all my worries, all my pain, all my hurt,
I can forget all the bad and just know the good.

When im sat with you i forget all the cuts,
All the scars, all the pain all the blades,
I dont care how i look or count the pounds.

When im with you i feel like me again,
I remember how i used to be,
I remember how i want to be.

When your holding my hand i can do anything,
I can touch the sky, walk on water, fix the world,
When your holding my hand im invincible.

When im sitting with you i forget all my worries,
I feel fulfilled, like i have a purpose, a meaning,
When im sitting with you i know i should be alive.

When you wrap your arms around me i can come to no harm,
Nothing can touch me, nothing can hurt me, nothing can make me fall,
Everything is calm and Nothing can cause me pain.

This is how you make me feel.

But when you're gone,
When i turn round and you arent there,
Not there to have my back,,just there to stab it,
Not there to help and not there to care.

When you find someone else to care for, and you make them feel invincible,
Now i know that no one has my back, and no one cares for me,
I know that i'm alone in the world and no one knows how i feel.

Thats the feeling he gave me and i know you will give me it too.
