Shes gawn

by Kirstie   Mar 20, 2006

She walked through the door
her face all full of fear
sat in the waiting room
there rolled a gentle tear

waiting for the buzzer
seemed to take all day
she just wanted to leave
for this thing to go away

but deep down she knew
how silly she had became
to each and everyone of them
it was only a stupid game

but none the less she gave them
everything they asked for
but now she feels so stupid
she let her heart be torn

not one not two but 3 of them
she gave it all to each
but now shes all alone
no-ones hand to reach

she feels so cold and numb
no-one to ease the pain
she shouldn't of let it happen
again and again

she hears her name called out
she shuffles across the room
her face is no longer happy
she fears her life is doomed

sat down in the doctors room
she twiddles with her feet
across the room she stared at him
thats where there eyes first meet

she didn't want him to see her
her face all full of shame
she didn't want to admit
it was all a stupid game

he presses his thumbs into her tummy
and sits and writes things down
she sees his smile slowly
shifting to a frown

he looks at her as she breaks down
and crys out loud her tears
he comforts her and whispers
your baby's no longer here
