If I Was an Angel

If i was an angel
guess what i would do
i would go everywhere you go
and watch over you

i would put my wings around you
so you would feel secure
and let you know that you shouldn't
have to put up with the pain
that you indure

i would protect you
as much as i could
and report to god
everything i should

i wouldn't let them hurt
or take their anger out on you
i wouldn't let them hit
or bruise you

but rite now i'm not an angel
i'm just a normal kid
just a normal person
that you can confide in
