This Time.

by Linsey   Mar 21, 2006

She walks in the house, he starts to yell,
she knew she must have been a little late.
She hides her face, hoping he hadn't noticed,
but the screaming coming for the kitchen tells he has,
she puts her stuff down trying to act calm,
when really inside her she wants to run the other way.
She looks at her father and tries not to cry,
asks him how hes day was, but it's always the same.
He gets in her face and yells worst then before,
this was it,
tonight would be her last night with her friends.
He was going to kill her this time,
she knew it for sure.
As the yelling continues the neighbors hear,
after 10 minutes they decide to do something,
they call 9-11 not knowing they should have before,
the cops come to find the girl dead on the kitchen floor,
no one else home, not knowing who did it.
