Just Another Name

by RapMastaT   Mar 22, 2006

No spirit left in me,
Can't seem to get up,
I'm continually lost,
Nothing to feel,
Falling apart,
Nothing left to see,
No more tears,
I bleed my failures into this cup,
Paying the cost,
Trying to regain my steel,
And a cold heart,
It's confusion to a degree,
I show no fears,
I can't take much more,
Feeling responsible,
My hands covered with icy frost,
I wish my skin would peel,
And I could get another start,
Everything makes me flee,
On the run,
Nobody hears,
As my knees hit the floor,
My blood begins to tingle,
As I eat my last meal,
My backstabbing dart,
No longer happy,
I wait for the light from the sun,
Losing to my peers,
Falling through my last door,
I begin to choke,
Fate begins to seal,
I've played my part,
Looking back on what I've done,
Nothing can save my shame,
Hope gone from every pore,
In the water of loneliness I soak,
Lost everything I feel,
Take me to the start,
I realise I never won,
Just look for me,
And remember,
I'm just another name.
