Life

by Blacksand   Mar 23, 2006

Its hard to judge, just who I am,
I breeze through life, don't give a damn.
I would hate the person I've become,
but the world has rendered my conscious numb.

Well the way that I get through,
is just doing what I have to do.
Then leave the rest until tomorrow,
and promise myself that I'll feel no sorrow.

So I live my life just for the now,
might be no tomorrow anyhow.
And to no one shall I bow,
"I'll do it my way" a solemn vow.

We all just live until we die,
so until that time I'll try,
to keep my gaze toward the sky,
and hope when I die, that I go high.
