Lies

I thought I knew you,
But I don't.
You said to remember you,
But I won't.

You told me lies,
Never the truth.
Now, all I want,
Is a little proof.

You never called,
You always stalled.
I never saw you,
Boy, this is my cue.

I turn my back,
And walk away.
You grab my hand,
And beg me to stay.

I pull my hand,
And turn around.
You slide down the wall,
And sit on the ground.

Now it's been months,
Since we last talked.
But I think back,
And I'm glad I walked.

You call me up,
You say your sorry.
But I tell you,
That I'm still angry.

This is the cost,

For all the endless,
Lies you say.

You lost me,
I'm never coming back.

In endless black.

I wish you luck,
But it must suck.

The one good being.
