THE WAY HOME

I was walking with a friend
when a girl walked by
with a man wearing a grin

I looked at her as she passed
smiling now she sprung a hi
then i heard the man harrass

On the way back home i saw her
again her smile did i see
and the man staring so insecure

Then i began to think that maybe
its the smile he was looking for
and something he wanted to see

The very next day i saw him alone
walking by the very same way
so i decided to smile and say hello

Unsure his mouth opened a bit
i thought he may have said a word
wow i thought and he's not in a fit

The very next day I saw him again
walking by the very same place
and would you believe i saw him grin ?!!
