My Broken Family

by Michelle   Mar 27, 2006

I lay awake each night
Listening to them scream and fight.
Shouting at each other
As if trying to tare each others souls apart.
Somebody help me,
Lead my family out of the dark,
Itâ??s killing me
Shredding my soul limb from limb.
As I cry myself to sleep
There anger filled words haunt my dreams.
Slowly seaming more unreal
What is left for me,
Here with my broken family?
Each time they scream and shout,
I try and find away out.
I try to drowned out the sound
But there voices grow louder.
Ignoring all my please
I sit here,
Crying in my room as I beg them to stop.
I canâ??t help but think of my little brothers,
Sleeping down the hall,
I wish they didnâ??t have to grow up in hell.
I wish are family wasnâ??t broken at all.
