Walking down the hall

by Jeff   Apr 4, 2006

Walking down the hall
The hall called life
Wondering like a child in Soweto
Anger shadowing my thoughts
Life has many names
The one I know is brutal
What name do you give it?

From far the ocean tides are clear
Sorrow is the latest sound
You wanna call me a rock
Hey,I am just a sponge cake
Walking down the hall
In need of facing life
Wishing it could take another name

Waking up with glasses piece in eyes
I can't walk no more
How many are still there?
Waiting for another definition?
Walking down the hall
The entire room is dark.

Seems like a simple title, yet this one is so different when read.

sometimes, life is a big tumble, but all roads lead to one, in the long run.

    nice reading your work.

    good luck and peace
