If you look at yourself
And think your fat
When your skinny....
Then who lied to you about that

If you cut your wrists
To let anger out
Or sit there with fustration
And just sit there and pout

Sticking a long object down your throat
Do you think you feel better?
When you look in the mirror?

Why are people
So discouraged with their looks
People say these things
So they can get you on hooks

It don't matter
What shape or size you are
We come in all shapes and sizes
Because that's just who we are

And for the people who do drugs
And have intention of what may happen
Why don't you just try to escape
And then you'll start laughing....

About why you did it
In the first place to begin with
Drugs, diet pills, and everything
Are just plain myths...

So be happy for what you are
And even if your fat and skinny or whatever
Just know that you are you
And thats all you have to Remember!
