My Friend Kills My Pain

by Ms Joanna Dark   Apr 5, 2006

Place the razor against my wrist,
My only wish is to not exist.
Take me from this world so cold,
Where you can only believe the lies they've told.
Everyone looks with an evil stare,
When all you want is someone to care.
No one notices when you sit on your own,
Hiding in a corner, crying alone.
Stuck in a world I don't belong,
And all I've done is completely wrong.
The path I'm on is going the wrong way,
But in self-destruction is where I'll stay.
Crying here alone by myself,
Wishing I could be someone else.
Failure reminds me of the mistakes I've made,
For strength I lean against my razor blade.
It helps me because it's my friend,
And brings this painful life to an end.
