Perfect beginnings, and broken endings

You gave me a perfect beginning,
put love in my heart,
now that it's all happened,
I don't know where I should start.

You put a sparkle in my eyes,
that no one ever could,
You made me feel a way,
I never thought I would.

There were butterflies in my stomach,
my heart was skipping beat,
you gave me a silly feeling,
but you were always so sweet.

and all I wanted,
was for you to hold me in your arms,
shelter me from the world,
and all the harms.

you broke my fairytale ending,
made me feel worthless,
I thought you were so great,
and I had to find out how you could be so heartless.

you broken my ending,
gave me a perfect start,
what's to say?
but you left me with a broken heart.
