i still have the anticipation of you being with me
but i still don't wanna break up my perfect family
it tears me apart,
to know i only have half of your heart
we are secret lovers disguising what we feel,
though we both belong to someone else we still know our love is real.
we have to make do with a secret place to meet, and a secret kiss,
we have to hid our desperation
when it's each other we miss.
and when we make love,
we both now it is not right,
but we belong to each other just for tonight
secret lovers,
we feel like criminals hiding our crime,
and when we meet each other secretly with hugs and kiss and whispers,
we make use of our time.
when you get back to your home
you have to wipe your kiss off my face,
because secret lovers can't leave a hint or trace.
i need to wipe off your scent off my shirt
doing all this makes this secret loving hurt.
thinking about you all night and day,
i have to hid all those emotions away.
thus, we are different from the others,
but it hurts to be secret lovers
