She's trying to relax in the hot tub
But she can't help but to remember
Remember all the memories
Of him and her running and playing around
Chasing each other and wrestling
All the memories of them
Relaxing in the hot tub, just talking
Sitting on her porch laughing
About stupid little fights
Laying in his bed
Staring into each other's eyes
All these memories tear her apart inside
She can't hold it in any longer
She can't bear the pain
The pain of all the past memories
The pain of crying herself to sleep every night
The pain of losing him
She goes to her room
And stares at the picture
Of him kissing her on the cheek
That she holds in her hands
She starts crying
Tears fall on the picture
Then onto the floor
The knife in the box
Seems to be her only way out
But she knows it's wrong
She loves him more than ever
And she can't be without him
With the knife now in her hand
She decides it IS her only way out
Her only way out of heartache
Her only way out of the memories
The only way out of the drowning pain
10 minutes later
She's laying on the floor
Blood flowing from her wrists
Blood all over the bed and floor
The only thing left behind to explain
Is the picture still tightly clasped in her hand
And a note on the bed to him saying:
I told you I loved you more
than life itself and with out
you in my life I'd die.
