Do you understand me?

(I don't know if you'll get this but if you try to make sense there is something more to this poem..)

I wake up
Walls are closing in
I close my eyes
The room starts to spin
She comes through the door
Crying her eyes out
She throws herself on the floor
Starts to yell and shout
Bruises in her soul
they haunt her everyday
I sit there right beside her
And shoe the sins away
She looks up at me
And stops herself from making a terrible mistake
She puts the knife down
Then i awake.
