She's Dead

Her eyes slip closed
nobody knows
the pain she endured
She wasn't heard.
Her endless pain..
Felt nothing to gain..
Always felt lame..
Couldn't keep her sane.
So she went crazy one night
Got in a fight
Can't see the light
At the end of the night..
She's lost her head
Pills and alcohol in bed
Now she's dead..
She's dead.

    What I sad thing to happen. I know a girl that I loved once who something like that almost happened to. I really loved that gal, but in the end she did so a little crazy. She is alive and well as far as I know. I guess she had to break my heart on order to find herself again. Anyway, great poem! It gets a 4.0 from me!
