A Tearful Goodbye

by Dianna   Apr 10, 2006

She smiled so sweet, she lifted our souls.

But now all she's done is filled us with holes.

Just two times we met, but she inspired me.

She was beautiful and charming

All that I wanted to be.

Her eyes twinkled, her face always glowed; but

she took her own life.

Whatever the reason, we'll never know.

Was she unhappy behind all the smiles?

Did she cry every night for awhile?

What about her family and friends?

How are we to come to terms

With this abrupt end?

We loved her so much, if only she had seen.

She was so special...the picture of beauty.

But forever she's gone and that's no lie.

Now, to beauty, we must say goodbye.
