Death Lurks

by Olivia   Apr 12, 2006

Death lurks in the shadows of dark, death lurks everywhere.
In every corner, in a child's blank stare.
Waiting, waiting until the time is right.
When death can show itself in the light.
Waiting for total depression to come.
It takes some peoples depression longer than some.
But when depression comes, and you're ready to break.
Your whole world seems to shake.
You lose all self-control, and depression takes your life into it's hands.
And on the floor is where your body roughly lands.
Death takes its toll.
Depression has played its role.
Death lurks in the shadows of dark, death lurks everywhere.
In every corner, in a child's blank stare.
Waiting, waiting until the time is right.
