Fear

Fear is just a matter of the mind
some thing we just cant control
its hard to find
a way to keep it under control

though its hard
it can be over come
i fount it hard!
and i know i have plenty more to come

eventually i did it
with great difficulty
it made my life shit
and it still is

but i know
that with time
i know that i can go
go out and be fine

well not much else to say
and this has been rushed
but i just needed to say
as i feel hushed
