as of now it hasn't even been a year
all those times i thought we would last forever
its my fault cause we weren't even together
i trusted you with all that i had
now my heart is in debt and all i feel is sad
i trusted that you wouldn't just up and leave
but now you have and i am blinded to everything that there is positive to see

my feelings for you i dont believe will change
but baby i just wish that things could go back to being the same
like when you would call me late at night
and we would talk and never fight
when you would walk with me in school and you would always tell me how u felt
if only you knew how that made me feel baby my heart would always melt
like when we'd meet across the street and you would always hold me close
the love i had for you was all i cared to know
